Management Workstations
The BEA Automatic Fare Collection system is controlled through the Management Workstations.
These stations use Windows®-based software with a graphical interface.
Transit system personnel can make changes to fare tables and other operating parameters from the management Workstations. Other operating data such as visual and audible messages, device identification numbers and fare tables, are also administered through the Management Workstations.
Transit system personnel use the Management Workstations to generate reports and analyze the data for the entire system including farebox transactions and card reload and sales activities.
Standard PCs are used for these stations.
